摘　　要：利用光学显微镜和电子显微镜对利玛原甲藻(Procentrum lima)形态特征及生活史进行了观察。结果表明,其细胞呈卵圆形,长33～44μm,宽23～33μm,壳孔62～87个,边缘刺胞孔52～68个。同时,对其生活周期及生殖方式进行了追踪观察,不同的生活周期存在着不同的细胞形态。二分裂是利玛原甲藻主要的分裂方式,并首次发现利玛原甲藻疑似横分裂、出芽生殖的生殖方式。利玛原甲藻面对不良环境时会形成薄壁囊胞。Morphological features and life history of Prorocentrum lima was observed with light microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the cells were oval,size ranges between 33～44 μm in length and 23～33 μm in width.Valve pores(62-87 per valve) and marginal pores(52-68 per valve) were characteristic of the species.The life history and reproduction mode have been tracked in this study,and there were different cells in the different life cycle.Binary fission was the main division mode,and two reproduction models were first found which seem like transverse division and budding reproduction.A thin walled cyst formed when P.lima surviving adverse environmental conditions.
