摘  要:以黄石市磁湖中食用鱼为研究对象,采用湿法消解,并用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对鱼体内鳃、鳞、肠、腹、肉中Cu、Cd、Cr、Pb等重金属的含量进行了测定。分析结果表明,鱼体中同一种重金属在不同组织中的含量不同,各组织中鳃、肠、鳞中重金属含量明显高于肉、腹,其食用部分重金属含量均低于非食用部分;同一组织内不同重金属的含量也不尽相同,必需元素Cu在鱼体内各个部位含量均较高,非必需元素Cd、Pb的含量较低,部分鱼样某些部位未检出Pb;同种重金属在不同鱼种同一组织内含量也有差异,其中鲫鱼对重金属的富集能力最强。The concentrations of heavy metals in the organizations of fishes from Cihu lake in Huangshi city had been measured with wet digestion by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS).Concentrations of Cu,Cd,Cr and Pb were measured in the gills,scales,intestines,belly and meat from the fishes.The results showed that the concentrations of the same heavy metals in the same part of organization were different,the concentrations of heavy metals in the gill,intestine and scale were significantly higher than that of meat,belly,and the concentrations of the heavy metals in the edible part were lower than the non-edible part.Different heavy metals in the same organization were not at the same level,the essential trace elements Cu were higher in all parts of the fish.The concentrations of non-essential trace elements Cd and Pb were very low,and Pb was not detected in some parts of the fishes.The concentrations of heavy metals in same tissue from different kinds of fish were also different,and the fish of the strongest accumulation ability of heavy metals was crucian.
