摘 要:以我国大陆地区2009年31个省(市、自治区)环境综合状况数据为样本,建立了包括生活垃圾清运及处理、废气排放、废气处理、废水排放及处理、工业废气排放、工业废气处理、工业废水排放及处理以及工业固体废物产生及处理利用9个子系统在内的综合评价指标体系,先运用因子分析的方法分别计算出9个子系统下各地区的综合得分,再将各地区在9个子系统下的综合得分作为新的变量,得到各地区的生活环境状况综合得分并进行排序。结果表明,综合环境状况比较好的地区为宁夏、青海、海南、西藏等工业不发达的地区;综合环境状况居中的地区为陕西、安徽、贵州、新疆等地;综合生活环境状况较差的地区为河北、辽宁、山东、江苏、浙江、广东等地。According to the data of comprehensive environment situation of the 31 regions in China's Mainland in 2009, a comprehensive evaluation index system which included garbage collection, transportation and procession subsystem, exhaust emissions subsystem, exhaust gas processing subsystem, wastewater discharge and treatment subsystem, industrial emission subsystem, industrial waste gas disposal subsystem, industrial wastewater discharge and treatment subsystem, and the industrial solid waste production and utilization system were firstly created. Then the composite score of each region based on the 9subsystems were calculated with the method of factor analysis. Finally, taking the composite scores as new variables, the composite score of living environment station of each region was got and sorted. The results showed that the comprehensive environmental situations of Ningxia, Qinghai, Hainan, Tibet, etc. were well, which of Shaanxi, Anhui, Guizhou, Xinjiang,etc. took the second place, while which of Hebei, Liaoning, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, etc. was the worst.
