摘　　要：农地城市流转是指农村集体用地转变成为城市建设用地的过程。在城市化快速发展的同时,大量农地流转成为城市建设用地,引发了相关主体福利的剧烈波动,并带来了一系列不可逆转的社会经济问题。大批学者与专家针对此问题展开了系统的研究,产生了大量的相关研究成果。针对这些研究文献进行了梳理和综述,旨在为今后进一步开展农地城市流转主体福利的研究提供科学依据。The rural-urban land conversion refers to the process of rural collective land becoming urban construction land.With rapid urbanization,a large amount of agricultural land has been converted to urban construction land,causing a big change of the subject’s welfare and a series of irreversible soci-economic problems.A large number of scholars and experts carried out systematic studies with considerable achievements.Research results are summarized to provide a scientific basis for further research on the subject’s welfare of rural-urban land conversion.
