摘 要:根据2010年5月至2011年4月期间江西瑶湖水质监测指标的分析数据,利用Q型聚类分析的方法将9个监测点分成两类区域,在此基础上探讨了水体中叶绿素a的时空分布规律。结果表明,全湖叶绿素a含量的年平均值为25.82 mg/m3,各监测点的变幅为1.59~142.68 mg/m3;在时间上,水体中叶绿素a含量总体上呈现春、夏和秋季持续升高,冬季降低的趋势;在空间上,水体中叶绿素a含量存在显著性差异,其随着营养盐含量的减少而不断降低。采用Pearson指数分析的方法进一步考察了水体中叶绿素a与环境因子之间的相关性,研究显示,水体中叶绿素a与水温(或溶解氧)、营养盐(总磷、亚硝酸盐氮、氨氮)和pH具有较高的正相关,而与透明度具有较高的负相关。According to the analysis on water quality monitoring indexes data of Yao lake in Jiangxi from May 2010 to April 2011,the nine monitoring sites were classified into two kinds of areas using Q-type analysis method,based on which the temporal and spatial distribution rules of chlorophyll-a were investigated.The results showed that the annual average content of chlorophyll-a was 25.82 mg / m3;and the variation range in the monitoring sites were 1.59~142.68 mg / m3.From the view of temporal distribution,on the whole,chlorophyll-a content increased continuously in spring,summer and autumn,and reduced in winter.Chlorophyll-a content was significantly different in different sites;and it decreased continuously with the decrease of nutrient content.The correlation between chlorophyll-a content and environmental factors was analyzed using Pearson index method.There was high positive correlations between chlorophyll-a content and water temperature(or dissolved oxygen),nutrient(total phosphorus,nitrite nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen),pH;while high negative correlation between chlorophyll-a content and transparency.
