摘 要:利用原子吸收光谱仪对黔西南红土型金矿区土壤和5种苔藓植物中Au、Ti、Hg、As、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Pb等9种重金属元素含量进行了分析。结果表明,金矿区土壤受到重金属As、Hg的污染且含量较高;植物体中重金属元素的平均含量为Ca>Mg>Hg>Zn>As>Pb>Cu>Au>Ti。经体内富集系数分析发现狭叶葫芦藓(Funaria attenuata)、土生对齿藓(Didymodon vinealis)、东亚小金发藓(Pogonatum inflexum)、卵蒴丝瓜藓(Pohlia proligera)和硬叶小金发藓(Pogonatum neesii)对Hg和As元素具有较强的富集能力。对5种苔藓植物体内重金属元素相关分析,得到Ti-Hg在苔藓植物对重金属的吸收上具有协同作用,Cu-As则具有拮抗作用。这5种苔藓植物对红土型金矿上重金属具有良好的耐受性和吸收富集能力,可作为重金属污染区生态重建、综合治理非常有前景的适宜物种。The elements of Au、Ti、Hg、As、Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg and Pb of five bryophytes with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer were analyzed in lateritic gold deposit areas.The results showed that soils were contaminated by As and Hg.The average content of heavy metals in bryophytes was Ca>Mg>Hg>Zn>As>Pb>Cu>Au>Ti.The accumulation coefficient of heavy metals in bryophytes was analyzed.It was found that Funaria attenuata,Didymodon vinealis,Pogonatum inflexum,Pohlia proligera and Pogonatum neesii had a higher capability of accumulating Hg and As.It was found that Ti was coefficient with Hg,and Au was coefficient with As adversely with the correlation analysis of heavy metals in bryophytes.It was shown that the 5 kinds of bryophytes were tolerable on heavy metal pollution of the lateritic gold deposit.These plants would be useful to the appropriate species of potential ecological restoration and comprehensive management in these heavy metal polluted regions in the future.
