摘  要:为了探究适合黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor)幼虫生长发育的饲料,选用主饲料(玉米面、麦麸、豆渣)分别添加10%蛋白饲料(豆粕、鸡肝)组成9种饲料组合。在温度27℃、相对湿度55%条件下,用不同饲料饲喂黄粉虫初孵幼虫,每处理饲喂100头,直至成虫羽化。结果表明,玉米面+鸡肝、麦麸+鸡肝、麦麸+豆粕、豆渣+鸡肝、玉米面+豆粕、麦麸、玉米面、豆渣+豆粕、豆渣9种饲料组合饲喂幼虫,幼虫发育历期、日均增重、存活率、羽化率均存在显著性差异;在单一饲料中麦麸优于玉米面优于豆渣;蛋白饲料中鸡肝优于豆粕;麦麸+鸡肝、玉米面+鸡肝饲喂效果最好;豆渣+鸡肝与麦麸+豆粕效果相当,并优于单一麦麸和玉米面;豆渣也可作为黄粉虫幼虫饲料组成之一。In order to find a suitable feed for Tenebrio molitor larvae,nine kinds of compound feeds were prepared by adding 10% of protein feed(soybean meal,chicken liver meal) into different kinds of main feeds(corn meal,wheat bran,soybean residue) respectively and compared with chicken feed.Under the conditions of 27 ℃,humidity 55%,newly hatched yellow mealworm larvae were fed with different compound feeds(100 larvae in each treatment) until adult emergence.The results showed that the larvae developmental period,average daily weight gain,survival rate and emergence rate was significantly different if fed with 10 different kinds of compound feeds(corn meal + chicken liver,wheat bran + chicken liver,wheat bran + soybean meal,soybean residue + chicken liver,chicken feed,corn meal + soybean meal,wheat bran,corn meal,soybean residue + soybean meal,soybean residue).Among single feeds,wheat bran was better than corn meal,which was better than soybean residue.Among protein feeds,chicken liver was better than soybean meal.The feeding effects of wheat bran + chicken liver or corn meal+ chicken liver were the best;those of soybean residue + chicken liver and wheat bran + soybean meal were almost the same,and were better than single wheat bran or corn meal.Soybean residue could also be used as one of the components of larvae feed.
