三分三种子萌发影响因素分析

摘　　要：以三分三(Anisodus acutangulus C.Y.Wu et C.Chen)成熟种子为试验材料,研究温度、光照、浸种时间、层积及赤霉素处理对其萌发的影响。结果表明,三分三种子萌发的最适宜温度为25℃,种子发芽率达(57.6±1.53)%;25℃恒温浸种24 h能提高三分三种子的发芽率;三分三种子萌发需光,光照条件下种子发芽率显著高于黑暗条件;湿沙层积后用赤霉素处理能显著提高三分三种子的发芽率,种子发芽率高达(97.7±0.58)%。The experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of temperature,light,soaking time,stratification,and the gibberellic acid treatment on the mature seed germination of Anisodus acutangulus.The results showed that the seed germination rate of Anisodus acutangulus was the the highest at 25 ℃ for(57.6±1.53)%,and it could be improved if the seeds were soaked for 24 h.The seed germination of Anisodus acutangulus needed light,and the seed germination rate under light was significantly higher than in the darkness.Furthermore,when seeds were soaked with gibberellic acid after stratification,the seed germination rate of Anisodus acutangulus could be improved significantly,and could reach to(97.7±0.58)%.
