吉林省耕地保护补偿分区的实证研究

摘　　要：吉林省作为中国的农业大省,其耕地保护外部性价值较高。针对吉林省耕地保护补偿进行实证研究,选取典型的9个州市,对其粮食自给率、耕地赤字/盈余和耕地在粮食供给方面的功效进行了测算和分析,列示了吉林省耕地保护补偿现状,其研究结果可为更加合理地保护吉林省耕地提供方向性的指导。Jilin province,as a major agricultural province,had quite high external value of cultivated land protection is quite high.This paper focuses on the empirical study of the compensation of cultivated land protection in Jilin province,and 9 autonomous prefectures and cities were selected as samples in the measurement and analysis on food self-sufficiency rate,cultivated land deficit / surplus,and the efficacy of cultivated land in food supply.The paper lists the current situations of compensation of cultivated land protection,and the results of empirical study provide the directional guidance to protect the cultivated land reasonably in Jilin province.
