摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,传统的封闭式创新模式受到很大挑战,充分利用组织外部资源进行创新的开放式创新模式正在成为世界范围内创新的基本趋势。我国农村科技创新体系面临着同样的挑战,亟需对农村科技政策进行调整。在回顾了科技创新发展过程后,分析了开放式创新的概念、特征,探讨了开放式创新理论对我国农村科技创新的政策涵义。In the era of knowledge economy,the traditional isolated innovation models have been greatly challenged,thus it is a basic trend of the whole world to make full use of external resources for open innovation models.China ’s rural technology innovation system faces the same challenge,which requires the adjustment of the rural technology policy.On the basis of reviewing the technology innovation process,the concept and characteristics of open innovation were analyzed;meanwhile,the policy implication of the open innovation theory for China’s rural technology innovation was discussed.
