摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计的研究方法,在河南省范围内对专业技术人才进行了多阶多次分层抽样调查,提出河南省专业技术人才体育投入的发展对策。With the methods of literature,questionnaire,and mathematical statistics,multistage stratified sampling survey was conducted among the professional and technical personnel in Henan province.This paper puts forward development countermeasures in sport investment of the professional and technical personnel in Henan province.
