摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC测定滋肾益肝丸中制何首乌有效成分2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:SinoChrom ODS-BP C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(16∶84,V/V);流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长:320 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在7.5~120.0μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率为94.69%,RSD为1.52%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、专属性强、分离度好,适用于滋肾益肝丸的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β-Dglucoside( bioactive ingredient of radix polygoni multiflori praeparata) in Zishenyigan Pills. Methods HPLC was performed with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water( 16 ∶ 84,V / V) on a SinoChrom ODS-BP C18( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) reversed-phase column at 30 ℃,with a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min- 1,and 320 nm as detected wavelength. Results The standard curve for 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside,the active ingredient of radix polygonum multiflorum praeparata was linear in the concentration range of 7. 5 ~ 120. 0 μg · mL- 1. The average recovery was 94. 69% with RSD1. 52%( n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable for the quality control of Zishenyigan pills.
