摘　　要：随着经济政治环境的发展变化,妇女劳动保护的就业政策日益规范,但也还存在明显的不足。比如政策理念狭隘,政策内容滞后于时代发展,政策条款过于原则、笼统,不具有可操作性等。完善妇女劳动保护的就业政策是理论、现实的需要和必然的选择。With the development and the changes of economic and political environment,employment policy for women labor protection has been increasingly regulated,but its shortcomings are obvious seen in the following aspects,such as narrow policy conception,policy lagging behind the development of the times,too general and obscure policy terms,and weak in operation,etc.Improving the employment policy for women labor protection is the theoretical as well as actual needs and the inevitable choice.
