摘　　要：通过对马克思虚拟资本理论基本观点的分析,从虚拟资本的内部矛盾出发,揭示虚拟资本发展与金融危机的内在关系。从虚拟经济对经济发展的负面效应,剖析国际金融危机产生、蔓延以及衍化的过程,并揭示金融危机对我国发展虚拟经济的现实启示。Based on the analysis of Marx's basic points of virtual capital theory,this paper starts from the internal contradictions of virtual capital,and reveals the intrinsic relationships between development of virtual capital and the financial crisis.From the perspective of negative effects of virtual economy to the economic development,it analyzes the generation,spread and derivation of the international financial crisis,and reveals the practical implications of the financial crisis over China's development of virtual economy.
