摘　　要：社会工作机构是社会建设的一个重要的领域,是社会工作者专业化与职业化的组织形式,也是我国社会工作发展的重要机制。在我国社会建设与管理中起越来越重要的作用。社会工作机构的性质与功能,决定着我国社会工作实务的发展方向,我国社会服务机构的发展不断完善但还存在许多困境,需要组织的完善与制度的规范。随着我国社会管理体制的改革,社会工作机构将得到进一步完善与发展。Social work organization,being one of the important parts of social service,is the form of social workers' professionalization and specialization,and the most essential mechanism of the development of social work,which plays an important role in China's social service and management.The development of social work is decided by the function and nature of social work organization.There are many problems which need to be solved in the system of social work.With the reform of social management,social work organization needs to be improved.
