摘  要:为了研究茶籽贮藏温度、激素对不定芽、不定胚的影响,用玉笋、福鼎、碧香早三个品种自然杂交的种子为材料,经4℃冷藏后,切取其外植体在添加不同浓度、不同组合的激素6-BA、NAA、IBA、TDZ的MT培养基上培养。试验结果表明:经4℃冷藏或添加TDZ的培养基有利于外植体不定芽、不定胚分化。合适的培养基能使子叶、子叶柄形成不定芽、不定胚分化点。不定芽主要从子叶柄、子叶柄诱导的愈伤组织上发生,不定胚主要从子叶柄、子叶上发生。In order to study the influences of different storage temperatures and hormones on adventitious bud and adventive embryo,the seeds,which were naturally crossed by Yusun,Fuding and Bixiangzao,refrigerated at 4℃ at first,then its explant was cut to be cultured on MT culture media with different concentrations and different combinations of 6-BA,NAA,IBA and TDZ.The results showed that refrigerating at 4℃ or adding TDZ to culture medium were beneficial to differentiation of adventitious bud and adventive embryo of explant.The suitable culture medium can form differentiation points of adventitious bud and adventive embryo for cotyledon and cotyledon petiole.Adventitious bud mainly comes from cotyledons petiole or callus induced from cotyledons petiole,and adventive embryo mainly comes from cotyledons petiole or cotyledons.
