摘  要:利用室内建立的"转Bt水稻-稻飞虱-蜘蛛"食物链,以取食转Bt水稻不同时间的稻飞虱喂食拟环纹豹蛛,通过分光光度法对拟环纹豹蛛体内GSH-Px、SOD、AchE的活力情况进行检测,探讨拟环纹豹蛛体内Bt蛋白含量与3种保护酶活性的关系。结果表明:在喂食0~10 d内,拟环纹豹蛛体内Bt蛋白的含量逐渐升高,在喂食第10天时,Bt蛋白含量达到最高值,在喂食10~15 d时,其含量逐渐下降;除GSH-Px活性在喂食第10天极显著低于对照组外,拟环纹豹蛛体内GSH-Px、SOD、AchE的活力在其他喂食时间与对照组没有显著性差异。GSH-Px、AchE的活力与Bt蛋白含量存在负相关性,SOD活力与Bt蛋白含量不存在显著相关性。Based on the food chain of Bt transgenic rice-rice plant hopper-spider which established in laboratory,the rice plant hoppers who eating Bt transgenic rice for different time were used for feeding Pardosa pseudoannulata,and then the activities of GSH-Px,SOD and AchE in Pardosa pseudoannulata were detected by spectrophotometry,and the relationship between Bt protein content and activities of the three protective enzymes in Pardosa pseudoannulata was also discussed.The results showed that within 0~10 d of feeding,the Bt protein content in Pardosa pseudoannulata increased gradually,and it reached the peak at the 10th day,but it decreased gradually during 10~15 d of feeding;only activity of GSH-Px in Pardosa pseudoannulata was extremely significant lower than that in control at the 10th day,the activities of GSH-Px,SOD and AchE had no significant differences at the other feeding time in comparison with control group.There was negative correlation between activities of GSH-Px and AchE and content of Bt protein,but there was no significant correlation between activity of SOD and content of Bt protein.
