防治红菜薹根肿病杀菌剂筛选

摘　　要：比较了8种杀菌剂对红菜薹根肿病的温室盆栽和田间防治效果。结果表明:温室盆栽试验中除敌克松处理外,其他7种杀菌剂处理的防治效果均达70%以上,防治效果高低顺序为甲霜灵锰锌>丙森锌>氰霜唑>百菌清>氟啶胺>五氯硝基苯>氟菌o霜霉威;田间药效试验中,氟啶胺、氰霜唑、百菌清、甲霜灵锰锌及丙森锌处理在苗期和成株期的防效均达65%以上。氰霜唑、百菌清可用于防治红菜薹根肿病,氟啶胺、甲霜灵锰锌及丙森锌防治效果虽佳,但药害严重,不建议用于防治红菜薹根肿病。The control efficacies of eight fungicides against clubroot of Brassica campestris L.var.purpurea in greenhouse or in fields were compared separately.The results showed that in greenhouse cultivation experiment,control efficacies of seven fungicides reached over 70% except fenaminosulf,and their efficacy from high to low ordered as metalaxyl-mancozeb>propineb>cyazofamid>chlorothalonil>fluazinam>pentachloronitrobenzene(PCNB)>fluopicolide-propamocarb.In field trail,the control efficacies of fluazinam,cyazofamid,chlorothalonil,metalaxyl-mancozeb and propineb all reached above 65 % at seeding stage and adult stage.Therefore,cyazofamid and fluazinam can be used to control the clubroot of Brassica campestris L.var.purpurea;fluazinam,metalaxyl-mancozeb and propineb also had great control effect,but they had serious phytotoxicity,so they are not be recommended to apply in controlling the clubroot of Brassica campestris L.var.purpurea.
