钾肥对棉纤维发育过程中可溶性糖、蛋白含量及相关酶活性的影响

摘  要:以陆地棉品种新陆早24号为材料,设5个施钾处理,进行田间小区试验,研究钾肥不同处理对开花后棉纤维发育过程中可溶性糖、蛋白含量及相关酶活性的影响。结果表明:施一定量钾肥(150 kg/hm2)可促进棉纤维的伸长发育,施钾后降低了棉纤维POD活性和IAA氧化酶的活性,抑制棉纤维的加厚并促进纤维的伸长发育;钾肥不同处理降低棉纤维发育中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量,促进棉纤维的发育。施用一定量的钾肥可以促进棉株对养分的吸收,影响棉纤维的生长发育。Taking upland cotton variety Xinluzao No.24 as material and setting five potassium application treatments to conduct field plot experiments in order to study effects of different potassium fertilizer rates on contents of soluble sugar and protein and activities of related enzymes during developmental process of cotton fiber.The results showed that applying 150 kg/hm2 of potassium fertilizer can promote the development of cotton fiber;applying potassium can reduce activities of POD and IAA oxidase of cotton fiber and inhibit thickening of cotton fiber,thereby promoting elongation and development of cotton fiber;the treatments with different potassium fertilizer rates all can reduce contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein in cotton fiber during development,thereby promoting development of cotton fiber.Therefore,applying a certain amount of potassium fertilizer can promote the absorption of cotton plant to nutrients and influence the development of cotton fiber.
