摘 要:以2年生猴樟幼苗为试验材料,采取人工模拟不同的降温幅度、降温用时、低温持续时间以及温度回升用时,测定每一阶段猴樟叶片的相对电导率、MDA含量、SOD活性、CAT活性、脯氨酸的含量。结果表明:降温幅度越大、低温持续时间越长,猴樟叶片MDA含量越高;相对电导率的测定结果表明猴樟生长胁迫最强的组合是A3B2C3D3,即降温幅度20℃+降温用时24 h+低温持续时间72 h+升温用时72 h;在温度下降后,SOD和CAT的活性均迅速增强,降幅为20℃时二者活性最强;20℃的降温处理,脯氨酸在含量增幅较大,且在同一降幅下,降温用时短的处理脯氨酸含量增幅较小。Two-year-old Cinlnamounum bodinieri Levl seedling was used as material to determine the relative conductivity,the MDA content,the SOD activity,the CAT activity and the proline content in the leaves of Cinlnamounum bodinieri Levl in each period by artificially simulated different cooling extents,cooling time,cold durations and time of temperature rising back.The results showed that the larger the temperature declined,the longer the cold period continued,and the higher the MDA content in the leaves of Cinlnamounum bodinieri Levl was.The results of determining the relativity conductivity indicated that the combination which had the most strong stress for plant growth was A3B2C3D3,namely the cooling extent of 20℃ + the cooling time of 24 h + the cold duration of 72 h + the time of temperature rising back of 72 h.After temperature declined,the activities of SOD and CAT increased rapidly,and they reached the highest when cooling extent was 20℃;in the 20℃ cooling treatment,the proline content increased largely,and with the same cooling extent,the treatment with shorter cooling time had less increase in proline content.
