摘　　要：近等基因系在农作物中的应用十分广泛,介绍了近等位基因系的构建,综述了近等基因系在水稻、小麦等农作物品种培育、抗病、生理生化和分子标记等方面的应用,最后对其应用研究前景进行了展望。Near-isogenic lines are used widely in agricultural crops.This paper introduced the construction of nearisogenic lines and summarized the application of it in the aspects of variety cultivation,disease resistance,physiology and biochemistry,molecular marker of crops(rice,wheat,etc.).Moreover,the prospects of near-isogenic lines were discussed at last.
