不同基质对夏黑无核葡萄扦插苗生长的影响

摘　　要：以夏黑无核葡萄1年生枝条为试材,以河沙、食用菌渣、草炭3种材料不同配比作为基质,在日光温室大棚条件下,研究了不同基质配方对夏黑无核葡萄扦插成活率以及苗木生长的影响。结果表明,不同的基质配方对夏黑无核扦插苗的根长、根系数量、枝条长度、叶片数量、叶绿素含量等指标均有影响,扦插效果最好的基质配方是河沙:食用菌渣:草炭的比例为3:2:1(体积比),可选择此基质配方作为夏黑无核葡萄扦插繁殖的基质。One-year-old branches of Xiahei seedless grape were taken as test materials and different ratios of rive sand,mushroom residue and peat were taken as matrix to study the effects of matrixes with different formulae on cutting survival rate and seedling growth of Xiahei seedless grape in sunlight greenhouse.The results showed that the matrixes with different formulae all influenced the indexes of cutting seedlings of Xiahei seedless grape,such as root length,root quantity,branch length,leaf quantity,chlorophyll content,etc..The best matrix formula mixed by sand,mushroom residue and peat with a volume ratio of 3:2:1,so it can be chosen as matrix for cutting propagation of Xiahei seedless grape.
