摘　　要：蔬菜安全关系到国计民生,随着人们生活水平的逐步提高,蔬菜产品的质量安全问题日益受到重视。介绍了蔬菜安全的含义,分析了我国蔬菜安全存在的蔬菜安全意识薄弱、蔬菜种植集约化程度低、蔬菜安全相关法律法规有待完善、蔬菜安全生产监管力量薄弱等主要问题,并提出了强化蔬菜质量安全意识、大力实施蔬菜标准化生产、建立健全蔬菜安全生产标准体系、加强蔬菜质量安全生产监督管理、争取优惠产业政策扶持等解决对策。Vegetable safety is related to economy and the people’s livelihood.With gradual improvement of people’s living standard,the quality safety of vegetable products has increasingly got attention.At first,the meaning of vegetable safety was introduced.Then the main existing problems of vegetable safety in China were analyzed,such as weak recognition of vegetable safety,low intensive cultivation degree of vegetable,imperfect law for vegetable safety,weak supervision force for safety production of vegetable,etc..In the end,the countermeasures according to the problems were proposed,including enhancing recognition of quality safety of vegetable,vigorous application of standard production of vegetable,establishing complete and safety standard system for vegetable production,strengthening supervision and management of quality safety for vegetable production,and striving for supporting by government preferential industry policy.
