耕地质量建设与管理存在的问题及对策浅析

摘　　要：随着经济社会的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,农产品质量安全和农产品产地安全引起了社会各界的广泛关注,耕地质量建设与管理存在的问题也越来越突出。为此,结合当前形势,提出我国耕地存在环境质量下降、综合生产能力较低、产品质量安全问题严重及地质量管理机制不完善,并提出加强耕地质量管理政策建设、质量动态监测、合理调整农业产业结构及大力加强耕地质量建设。With the development of economic society and the continually increasing living standard of people,the quality safety and the farmland safety of agricultural products had been got more and more attention.Meanwhile,the problems existed in construction and management of farmland quality became more and more serious.Therefore,according to the present status,the problems of farmland were analyzed,including decline of environmental quality,relatively low in comprehensive producing ability,serious in quality safety of products,and imperfect management system for farmland quality.Then,the corresponding suggestions were put forward,including strengthening policy establishment for farmland quality management,monitoring quality dynamics,adjusting structure of agricultural industry rationally,and energetically strengthening construction of farmland quality.
