摘  要:为探讨SSR标记技术在甘蓝型油菜pol-CMS杂交种纯度鉴定中的准确性,研究采用SSR标记技术和田间种植鉴定两种方法对3个推广面积较大的油菜杂交种样品纯度进行一一对比分析,结果表明:两种鉴定方法的鉴定偏差在2%以内,单株鉴定结果吻合率在97%以上,表明利用SSR标记鉴定甘蓝型油菜杂交种纯度是准确可靠的。In order to discuss the nicety of SSR marker technology in identification of purity for pol-CMS hybrid seeds of Brassica napus, the SSR marker technology and the field planting and identification method were adopted to compare and analyze the purities of three hybrid rape varieties with large extending area. The results showed that the error of the two identification methods was all within 2% and the coincidence rate of single plant was over 97%. Therefore, using SSR marker to identify purity of hybrid seeds of Brassica napus was exact and reliable.
