成熟期灌水对烤烟上部叶质量的影响

摘　　要：为了研究成熟期灌水对烟株上部叶叶片开片情况、烤后物理特性和化学成分的影响,以K326为供试品种,在成熟期进行3种不同灌水管理,探讨成熟期灌水对烤烟上部叶质量的影响。结果表明:成熟期灌水后,烟株上部叶叶片面积增大,开片状况变好,烟叶物理特性较优,烟叶的还原糖和总糖含量升高,总氮和烟碱含量降低,尤其是在现蕾、打顶和圆顶时期灌水,烟叶化学成分协调性明显增强,中性致香成分含量丰富,有利于改善烟叶品质。In order to understand the influences of irrigation during mature stage on upper leaf expanding condition, and physical characters and chemical components of cured tobacco leaves, three different irrigation management methods during mature stage were conducted to K326. The results indicated that after irrigation during maturation stage, the upper leaf area increased, the condition of leaf expanding was better, and the physical characters of tobacco leaf was great(the contents of reducing sugar and total sugar in tobacco leaf increased, and the contents of total nitrogen and nicotine decreased). Especially irrigated during squaring stage, topping stage and round top stage, the harmony of the chemical component in tobacco leaves enhanced significantly, the contents of neutral aroma components were plentiful. Therefore,irrigation during mature stage is available to improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
