摘  要:通过水培方法研究大豆苗期不同部位叶片SPAD值对不同氮素浓度培养液的响应,筛选大豆耐低氮种质。结果表明:在培养23~28 d时,测定真叶、第一复叶和第二复叶的SPAD值,可作为大豆苗期耐低氮种质的筛选鉴定指标;而测定培养23 d左右的大豆顶一叶及顶二叶的SPAD值,也可以作为大豆苗期耐低氮种质的筛选鉴定指标。但综合分析认为,在试验条件下,采用氮素浓度为10 mg/L的培养液培养大豆23 d左右,以真叶、第二复叶、顶一叶和顶二叶的SPAD值对大豆苗期耐低氮种质进行筛选鉴定相对较好。In order to screening low nitrogen tolerant soybean germ plasm resources, the responses of SPAD value of different parts of soybean leaves to culture solutions with different concentrations of nitrogen were studied at seedling stage by hydroponics method. The results showed that in 23~28 d, the SPAD value of euphylla, the first compound leaf and the second compound leaf can be used as identifying index to screening low nitrogen tolerant soybean germ plasm resources at seedling stage, as well as the SPAD value of the first top leaf and the second top leaf around 23 d. However, the comprehensive analysis results indicated that under experimental conditions, using culture solution with 10 mg/L of nitrogen to culture soybean for around 23 d, the SPAD value of euphylla, the second compound leaf, the first top leaf and the second top leaf was the better identifying index for screening low nitrogen tolerant soybean germ plasm resources at seedling stage.
