摘  要:于2011~2012年研究了20%噻虫胺悬乳剂在水稻及其稻田环境中的残留动态情况,建立了稻田环境中噻虫胺残留量的液相色谱分析方法和提取、萃取、净化方法。结果表明,噻虫胺的最小检出量是2.0×10-10g,最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/kg;当添加浓度在0.01~1.00 mg/kg时,噻虫胺在不同水稻样品中的平均回收率为85.1%~104.1%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~12.1%;噻虫胺在稻田水、稻田土壤和水稻植株中的消解遵循一级化学反应动力学方程,平均消解半衰期分别为6.24、9.96、10.98 d。The residue dynamics of 20% clothianidin SE in rice and paddyfield were researched from 2011 to 2012; it also established the HPLC analysis method and the methods of extraction and purification. The results indicated that the minimum detectable amount of clothianidin was 2.0×10-10g, and the minimum detectable concentration of it was 0.01 mg/kg; when adding concentration was 0.01~1.00 mg/kg, the average recovery rate of clothianidin in different rice samples was 85.1%~104.1%, and the RSD ranged from 1.1% to 12.1%; the degradation dynamics of clothianidin in paddyfield water,paddyfield soil and rice plant accorded with the first order chemical reaction kinetic equation, and their average half-life were 6.24, 9.96 and 10.98 d, respectively.
