农业信息服务社会主义新农村建设的思考

摘　　要：综述了农业信息服务具有服务方向的多面性、服务产品的特殊性、服务需求的异地性、服务渠道的多样性的特点。就农业信息服务于社会主义新农村建设中存在的服务难以满足实际需要,广大农村农民接纳应用信息能力较弱的问题,提出应夯实政府主导型的农业信息服务体系,提升信息服务效能;充分利用信息技术来发挥信息资源优势,加快服务进程;提高农民素质,培养"新型农民"的解决思路。The characteristics of agricultural information service were summarized, including versatility of service direction, particularity of service production, remoteness of service requirement, and diversity of service channel. According to the problems in the agricultural information service for socialism new rural construction, such as the service can not satisfy the actual requirements, the ability of farmers learning information is weak, the solving ideas were proposed, including strengthening government oriented agricultural information service system to enhance efficiency of information service; fully using information techniques to play advantages of information resources and to accelerate service process;improving quality of farmers to breed new type farmers.
