偏离份额模型的全国能源消耗的实证分析

摘　　要：以全国为基准,采用偏离份额分析法计量各地区各产业的单位产出能源消耗量,用以分析我国各地区之间能源消耗水平的差异.结果表明,由于各地区产业结构配置及能源利用技术不同,对能源消耗水平的影响也不同.并进一步按照各区域所属扇区进行归类,提出相应的改善措施.Based on the nationwide average level and using hare analysis to measure the energy consumption per unit output in various regions,the paper analyzes the differences of the energy consumption level among various regions.The results shows that,because of the difference proportion of the industrial structure and the different level of power utilization technology,the impact on the regional energy consumption level is also different.The paper further classifies the similar regions according to the fact that they belong to the corresponding sector area and then put forwards the improvement measures.
