摘  要:低温固井时,水泥石强度往往发展缓慢,影响固井周期。为此研制开发了一种新型油井水泥用早强剂,该早强剂中某组分能够为水泥水化产物的生长提供额外的生长位;同时复配多种有机及无机组分,加速水泥中各矿物的水化生长过程。其双重早强作用能够明显地提高低温下水泥石早期强度、缩短水泥浆稠化时间,其综合性能满足固井施工要求。As cementing under the condition of low temperature,it is usually to result in low hydration speed,long curing time and slow compressive strength development.In order to cope with these situations,a kind of novel strength agent has been developed.Certain component of the early strength agent can provide additional growing positions for the cement hydration;other components,which include organic and inorganic materials,can also accelerate cement hydration speed.This combined action can obviously improve the early strength;shorten the thickening time under low temperature.And the performances of the cement slurry meet the needs of cementing.operation.
