摘　　要：油料储运专业的本科毕业设计既有工科类专业毕业设计的共性也有其特殊性。本文在共性的基础上对油料储运专业毕业设计的全过程管理进行了一个全新的探索。将毕业设计全过程根据专业特点划分了设计阶段和步骤,利用PDCA循环控制理论对油料储运专业专业毕业设计全过程管理进行了研究,提出了各阶段的管理要求和管理方法。The graduate design of the petroleum storage and transportation specialty have the commonness of the engineering specialty,also have the particularity.Based on the commonness,the whole process management of the petroleum storage and transportation specialty were explore in a new way.Bases specialty characteristic the design phases and process were compartmentalized.Using PDCA circulation controlling theory,the the whole process management of the petroleum storage and transportation specialty were researched,and management request and means of the every phase were advanced.
