摘　　要：胜利油田天然气对管线和设备腐蚀严重,针对这种现状,室内合成了一种醇溶性咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂YSY。模拟矿场条件,对增效剂进行优选,确定增效剂LSY。采用YSY作为母体缓蚀剂、LSY作为增效剂研制出天然气缓蚀剂ANC-I。缓蚀剂ANC-I最佳加量为50mg/L。在最佳加量下,ANC-I的缓蚀率达到90%,并且ANC-I能满足对环境保护的要求,是一类"绿色"缓蚀剂。Natural Gas of Shengli Oilfield seriously erodes the pipelines and equipment corrosions.The original corrosion inhibitor OCX is highly toxic and poor inhibition effect.According to the status of affairs,an imidazoline quatemary-ammonium-salt corrosion inhibitor is synthesized in the lab.Simulated field conditions,synergists are optimized in the lab and LSY is determined at last.YSY as a mother corrosion inhibitor and LSY as a synergist are used to develop ANC-I.Its best dosage is 50mg/L.Under the best dosage,inhibition rate of ANC-I reached 90%.ANC-I inhibition can meet environmental requirements and is a kind of 'green' corrosion inhibitor.
