摘　　要：PROFIBUS总线技术广泛应用于加工制造、过程控制和楼宇自动化等领域。目前,国内应用的PROFIBUS-DP主要以西门子等公司的成套设备为主,而自主研发通信接口的比较少。针对这一问题,在研究PROFIBUS-DP现场总线系统组成、协议结构、数据存取机制、从站通信原理的基础上,设计了PROFIBUS-DP智能从站接口的硬件电路和软件。利用PROFIBUS-DP协议芯片SPC3和51系列单片机开发了具有PROFIBUS-DP接口的智能化从站接口模块。组网及通信测试结果表明,所设计的从站接口模块能够正确收发数据报文。PROFIBUS bus is widely used in fields of process and manufacture,process control and building automation.At present,PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus used in domestic market is mainly the package unit of SIEMENS.The communication interface of independent research and development is relatively lacking.To address this issue,the hardware circuit and software of PROFIBUS-DP intelligent slave station interface are designed based on the research of system construction,protocol structure,data access and communication principal of slave station of PROFIBUS-DP fiedbus.PROFIBUS-DP protocol integrated circuit SPC3and 51series microcontroller are adopted to develop the intelligent slave station interface module provided with PROFIBUS-DP interface.The results of networking and communication test show that the designed slave station interface module can exactly receive and send data message.
