摘　　要：近年来,随着国家对外交流的不断扩大,我国高等教育正置身于国际发展的大背景中,高校对外交流活动也日益频繁。高校外事部门作为高校对外交流与合作的重要桥梁,如何面对新形势、新机遇、新挑战,与时俱进做好外事工作,更好地让"外事服务与内事",是新时期高校外事工作人员必须深入思考的问题。In recent years, with the expanding of country's foreign exchange, China's higher education is in the background of international development, foreign exchanges have become increasingly frequent. The Foreign Affairs Department of University as an important bridge of foreign exchanges and cooperation of colleges and universities, how to face the new situation, new opportunities, new challenges, advance with the times to foreign affairs, is the deep thinking of foreign affairs in university personnel work.
