摘　　要：大学生能力素质模型的建立为高校人才培养提供了广阔的视角和新的技术,在人才培养活动中起着基础性和导向性的作用。而班级作为高等教育的基础性组织,是一切教育目标落实的根本所在。本文通过分析现有大学生能力素质培养上存在的问题,试图通过创新班级管理模式的建构,将班级建设成为大学生能力素质教育的重要载体,让班级中每个个体获得更好发展。To establish the competency model of college students provides a broad perspective and a new technology for the university personnel training, plays a fundamental and guiding role in personnel training activities. And the class as a basic organization of higher education, is the fundamental goal of education. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of training quality of students ability, tries to construct the class management mode innovation, the class construction has become an important carrier of quality education for university students, and better development of each individual.
