摘　　要：开放式实验教学是高校传统教学的有效延伸,是培养大学生科研创新能力的重要手段。论文研究了开放式实验室建设的前沿问题——信息化建设,同时引进了开放式实验室文化建设与愿景管理的理念,根据专业特点,分析了四种开放式实验室的创新开放模式,提出了创新开放式实验室管理理念,重组开放式实验的管理要素和运作方式,从管理制度层面创新管理模式,最后提出了开放式实验室的信息化建设方向。The opening experimental teaching is the effective extension of traditional teaching in colleges and universities, is an important mean to cultivate students' scientific research innovation ability. This paper studies the problem of the open laboratory--the construction of informatization, while introduces the opening laboratory culture construction and the vision management idea, according to the professional characteristics, to analyze the innovation open model of four kinds of open laboratory, proposes the management ideas of innovation open experimental room, recombination of management and operation mode of open experimental room, from the management system to innovate management mode, finally proposes the direction of information construction of the open laboratory.
