摘　　要：为适应经济全球化的大环境和顺应国际合作办学的需要,新建本科院校面临使用英语等外语进行公共课和专业课教学的挑战。双语教学对于新建本科院校管理类专业的发展和学生未来就业都有重要的意义。本文就应用型本科院校管理类专业的自身特点,双语教学实施的困境和改进措施展开研究,以期对教学改革实践有所启迪。In order to meet the need of economic globalization environment and adapt to international cooperation in running schools, the newly-built universities to face the use of English and the other foreign languages to public and professional courses teaching challenge. The bilingual teaching for undergraduate management professional development and students' future employment has important significance. This paper applied undergraduate college management class specialized characteristic, the implementation of bilingual teaching difficulties and improvement measures are studied, in order to give some inspirations to teaching reform practice.
