回医理筋手法不同时间干预兔颈肌慢性损伤的组织学研究

摘　　要：目的从组织学层面比较回医理筋手法对家兔颈部骨骼肌慢性损伤的预防作用及损伤后治疗作用。方法选用日本大耳白兔39只,随机分为对照组、模型组、早期治疗组、晚期治疗组。除对照组外其余各组均采取颈椎前屈固定法进行造模。早期治疗组于造模后1个月进行回医理筋手法治疗,晚期治疗组在造模后两个月给予回医理筋手法治疗,通过光镜和电镜观察结果。结果模型组肌纤维排列紊乱,肌纤维间隙增大,炎性细胞浸润,组织间隙有轻度水肿现象,肌纤维灶性断裂,肌节长度不等。早期治疗组肌纤维排列较模型组整齐,肌节排列规整,造模后3个月肌组织恢复效果好。晚期治疗组肌纤维排列较模型组整齐,但仍存在部分肌节结构不完整和扭曲断裂现象。结论早期回医理筋手法对颈肌慢性损伤的治疗效果优于晚期治疗。Objective To compare the effects of prevention and injury treatment in rabbits with chronic neck muscle injury by applying Hui medical massage technique from histological perspective. Methods 39 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into control group,model group,early treatment group and late treatment group. Except for the control group,rabbits in other groups took cervical anteflexion fixed method of modeling. Treatment in early treatment group started one month after modeling by using Hui medical massage technique. Late treatment group began two month after modeling. The outcome observed through the light microscope and electron microscopy. Results It showed that muscle fibers arranged disorderly in the model group and muscle fiber gap increased,with inflammatory cell infiltration,mild interstitial edema,muscle fiber focal rupture,and unequal sarcomere lengths. Compared with the model group,the early treatment group shawed that muscle fibers arranged neatly,and sarcomere arranged in order. Three month after modeling,the recovery of muscle tissue was satisfactory. In the late treatment group,muscle fibers arranged neatly,but there were still some incomplete sarcomere structure and distorted fracture phenomena. Conclusion Early applying Hui medical massage technique treatment is better than late treatment on chronic injury of cervical muscle in rabbits.
