摘　　要：分析了非调质钢15B36Cr钢淬透性不合格的问题,原因在于有效硼含量的减少。同时研究了钢的化学成分及电炉生产工艺,找出了15B36Cr冶炼过程中一些关键工艺点的问题,并进行了适当调整。This article analyzes unqualified problems for hardenability of non quenched and tempered steel 15B36Cr, the reason lies in effective boron content reducing. At the same time studies the chemical composition of 15B36Cr steel and electric furnace manufacturing technique, finds out some key technical problems in the smelting process of 15B36Cr steel, moreover makes appropriate adjustments.
