摘　　要：建设海洋经济强省是实现海洋强国战略目标的必然要求,具有极为重要的现实意义。文章在分析了构建海洋经济强省评价体系的意义和原则的基础上,根据海洋经济的相关统计资料和特性构建起海洋经济强省评价体系及其评价模型。利用德尔菲技术对各指标赋值,并对我国11个沿海省(区、市)海洋经济发展状况进行了实证分析。The construction of marine economically strong province is the inevitable requirement to realize the strategic goal of marine country, and it is of great realistic significance. On the base of analyzing the meaning and principles of the establishing the evaluation system of marine economically strong province, this article establishes the evaluation system and model according to relevant statistics and characteristics about marine economy. Delphi method was applied to assign each index, and carried out an approval study on the development of marine economy about 11 coastal provinces in China.
