摘 要:为有效控制煤矿灾害事故的进一步扩大,减少人员伤亡和财产损失.采用现场分析和软件开发的方法,根据"开滦集团国家级矿山应急救援基地"的实际需要,将网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)引入矿山救援中,利用MapGuide平台,结合应急救援流程开发完成了矿山应急救援管理指挥系统.结果表明:该系统能够分析处理大量现场数据,将实时监测的数据用于分析决策中,对井下危害程度进行评价;能及时启动应急救援程序,将应急救援流程化,从而有效控制危险源.该系统为有效实施应急救援提供了保障,具有重大的实际意义.In order to effectively prevent coal mine disasters and accidents from further expanding and reduce casualties and property losses,this study adopted the method of field analysis and software development,and introduced Network Geographic Information System(WebGIS) into the mine emergency rescue based on the actual requirements for "Kailuan Group emergency rescue base".The development of emergency rescue command system has been completed combining with the emergency rescue process by using the MapGuide platform.The result indicates that the system could analyze and deal with large amount of field data,use real-time monitoring data in analysis and decision,and evaluate the subsurface damage.The system also can start the emergency rescue procedure in time and process the emergency rescue,thus can effectively control the hazards.It provides a guarantee for the effective implementation of emergency rescue process and is of great practical significance.
