摘  要:以高岭土为主要原料合成4A沸石和不同晶化时间的样品,用XRD、SEM、红外对合成的产品进行晶化过程分析,并测试了各样品的NH4+交换能力.发现NH4+交换容量随着晶化时间的增长而变大,并且无定形的沸石前驱体有一定的离子交换能力.另外,对不同煅烧时间的高岭土为主要原料合成的地质聚合物做NH4+交换试验和抗压强度试验,结果表明:地质聚合物具有和沸石前驱体相近的离子交换能力,从而确定地聚合物具有类沸石前驱体的三维网络结构,并且地质聚合物的合成条件不同,其离子交换的数值不同,其数值大小与抗压强度的数值具有一一对应性,从而表明可以用离子交换的方法来初步评价地质聚合物的性能.Zeolite 4A and its series of samples with different crystallization time were synthesized from metakaolinnite.XRD,SEM,FT-IR were used to analyze the crystallization process.NH4+ ion exchange experiment was carried out on these samples.The capacity of NH4+ ion exchange increases with the crystallization time increasing.The amorphous precursors of zeolite 4A had some certain ability of NH4+ ion exchange.Furthermore,NH4+ ion exchange experiment was carried out on the geopolymer from the activation of kaolines under different calcined temperature.Test results show that the NH4+ ion exchange capability of geopolymer is similar to that of the precursors of zeolite 4A,and that geopolymer has three-dimensional framework structure similar to the precursors of zeolite.Geopolymer has different ion exchange capacity with different synthesis condition,and its capacity has consistent with compressive strengths.Accordingly,the method of ion exchange can evaluate the capability of geopolymer primarily.
