摘 要:介绍了4通径2D数字伺服阀的结构原理和工作原理,建立了阀的数学模型,对数字伺服阀的静态、动态进行了仿真研究。The structure principle and the working principle of 2D digital servo valve with 4 drift diameter were introduced, and the mathematic model was established. Besides, the static characteristic and dynamic characteristic of servo valve were also researched. The simulation results show that 2D digital servo valve with 4 drift diameter has excellent static characteristics and dynamic characteristics. And then, the response speed is more quick, and the frequency width is 320 Hz at -3 dB and -90° approximately at 25 % maximum spool displacement.
