摘　　要：介绍大峪口化工310 kt/a硫酸装置氨肥法尾气脱硫系统的烟气设计条件、工艺流程及主要设备。性能考核结果表明,该系统各项指标均达到技术协议中的保证值,脱硫后尾气ρ(SO2)低于100 mg/m3并可根据需求合理控制。产出的硫酸铵溶液ρ[(NH4)2SO4]≥380 g/L,有利于后续复合肥生产。The tail gas desulphurization system by ammonia-fertilizer process in Dayukou Chemical’s 310 kt/a sulphuric acid plant is described with respects to its gas design condition,process flow and key equipment.The performance test run showed that every index met the guaranteed values set up in technical protocol.SO2 content of treated gas was less than 100 mg/m3 and was adjustable as required.(NH4)2SO4 concentration of produced ammonium sulphate solution was ≥380 g/L,which was favorable to subsequent production of compound fertilizer.
