摘　　要：介绍了柠檬酸钠法治理冶炼厂非正常排空烟气的生产实践。根据中试研究和工业放大试验,确定了工艺条件和工艺流程,建设了国内最大规模的柠檬酸钠法脱硫装置。为了确保尾气达标排放,采用柠檬酸钠溶液一级吸收、氢氧化钠溶液二级吸收工艺。对生产中出现的问题及解决方法进行了探讨。Production practice of sodium citrate process for desulphurization of abnormally emitted off-gas is described.Process condition and flow were determined and the largest scale sodium citrate desulphurization plant in China was constructed based on pilot and industrial experiments.In order to ensure regulatory compliance of tail gas,a process consisting of 1st stage absorption by sodium citrate solution and 2nd stage absorption by sodium hydroxide solution was adopted.The problems encountered during production and their solutions were discussed.
