摘　　要：金川集团股份有限公司350 kt/a冶炼烟气制硫酸系统是为配套铜冶炼系统火法改造、镍系统扩能及低浓度烟气回收处理而建设的环保项目,介绍了该系统工程设计、工艺流程、主要设备特点及工程建设施工,并对新建制酸系统投产以来的试生产运行情况进行了总结。针对试运行过程中出现的问题采取了相应改造措施。Jinchuan Group’s new 350 kt /a sulphuric acid system,an environmental protection project to support copper system upgrading by pyrometallurgical technology,expansion of nickel system and low-concentration gas recycling,is described with respects to its engineering design,process,features of major equipment and engineering construction.The trial production of new acid system is summarized.The problems encountered in trial production were analyzed and corresponding improvement measures were taken.
