协同创新视阈下地方综合性大学定位探微

摘　　要：地方综合性大学作为我国地方经济发展的重要智库,在服务地方的人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承等方面发挥了积极作用。2012年,教育部、财政部启动实施"2011计划"1后,地方综合性大学迎来了新的战略发展机遇,如何实现地方综合性大学服务区域经济社会发展转型之路,需要地方综合性大学审时度势、清晰定位,主动面向区域发展,通过学科整合助创新、文化传承重特色、区域行业促协同等积极融入协同创新。As the brainpower of local economic development, local comprehensive universities play an active role on talent training, scientific research, social services and cultural continuity. In the year of 2012, MOE &MOF carried out'The Plan of 2011', which brought new strategic development opportunities to local comprehensive universities. In order to realize the transformation of serving regional economic and social development, local comprehensive universities must consider the situation, have clear orientation, be initiatively oriented to regional development and thus blend in collaborative innovation by integrating different disciplines for innovation,stressing features of cultural continuity, promoting collaboration of regional industries.
