摘  要:本试验主要用溶液共混方法制备碳纳米管/聚丙烯复合材料,并测试不同碳纳米管含量对复合物的热稳定性能、结晶性能的影响。结论表明,随着碳纳米管含量的增加,复合材料的结晶熔点有所提高,复合材料的热稳定性能也逐渐提高。纳米碳管的含量对聚丙烯的结晶性能也有一定的影响,随着纳米碳管的加入,聚丙烯的结晶度逐渐提高,加入量超过2%时,结晶度开始下降。纳米碳管的加入并没有改变PP的结晶形态,碳纳米管/聚丙烯复合材料的结晶形态仍属于α晶型。This test uses the method of solution blend to product carbon nanotubes/polypropylene composite materials and measure the influence different content of carbon nanotubes on the thermal stability performance and properties of their crystallizing.The result indicated that with the increase of carbon nanotubes,the melting point of crystallization of composite materials has increased also the thermal stability of composites is gradually improved.Carbon nanotubes has a certain impact on the crystallization of the PP with the addition of carbon nanotubes,the crystallity of polypropylene gradually increased.When the content of MWNT has reached to 2%,the crystallity started to decline.The addition of carbon nanotubes didn't change the crystallization shape of PP,the form of crystallization of PP in carbon nanotubes/polypropylene composite materials are stillα crystalline.
