摘  要:以H_3PW_6Mo_6O_(40)/TiO_2-WO_3为催化剂,苯甲醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成了苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛,用正交实验法研究了物料配比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间等因素对收率的影响。结果表明,在n(苯甲醛):n(1,2-丙二醇)=1:1.3,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.2%,带水剂环己烷6mL,反应时间75min的优化条件下,苯甲醛1.2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达79.1%。Benzaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of H_3PW_6Mo_6O_(40)/TiO_2-WO_3.The factors influencing the yield of product and the optimum reaction conditions were discussed.Experimental results showed that H_3PW_6Mo_6O_(40)/TiO_2-WO_3 is an excellent catalyst to synthesize benzaldehyde1,2-propanediol acetal.The optimum conditions are molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1,2-propanediol is 1:1.3,the mass ratio of catalyst to reactants is 1.2%,the volume of cvclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 6 mL,and the reaction time is 75 min,the yield of product can reach 79.1%.
